Abstract

Interview with Chilean researcher Claudio Maldonado, PhD in Communication from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and professor at the Universidad de La Frontera (UFRO - Chile). With more than a decade of experience in studies on decoloniality, Maldonado offers us in this interview a series of courageous and provocative reflections that challenge us to think our scientific work in direct connection (and commitment) with politics, with practice, but that does not settle or conform to academic dynamics. He invites us to movements and transformations, of thinking and doing, and reminds us that decoloniality demands constant reflection, since life itself is a permanent change.
