Abstract

By examining the ten-year history of the Abrapcorp Award for Theses and Dissertations, the article reflects on the advancements in the research landscape of Organizational Communication in Brazil. In this regard, it explores the award presented by the Brazilian Association of Researchers in Organizational Communication ant Public Relations, discussing its origins and contributions to the field. Methodologically, it conducts a systematic review of the finalist works, providing an unprecedented overview of the academic production recognized for its excellence within the field itself, identifying instituitions, advisors, Thematic focuses, and characteristics of the theses in question.
