Abstract

PPGCom USP is the first graduate program in Communication in the country and has already graduated more than 2,600 masters and doctors. It has invested in international networks in recent years, at the same time that it seeks to meet the social demands of expanding diversity and inclusion, with the implementation of the reservation of vacancies PPIs-Black, brown and indigenous. Its professors are recognized for their outstanding political and strategic performance, expressed in the creation of national and international entities, such as Intercom, Alaic, Ibercom and many others. The challenges for the coming years are to be found in reinforcing internationalization, where entities play a fundamental role, in the search for alternative sources of funding and in inducing research within the scope of linking communication and sustainability.
