Abstract

Understanding radio as an expanded vehicle (KISHINHEVSKY, 2016) and hypermedia (LOPEZ, 2012), this article aims to analyze the main strategies used by five radio stations in Brazil, through the website, social networks and the You Tube channel in two periods - April 1st and 14th, 2020 and August 28th to September 9th, 2023: Rádio Gaúcha (RS), CBN do Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Rádio Clube de Pernambuco (PE), Rádio Difusora AM (AM) and Rádio National AM (DF). All, in some way, are adapted to digital convergence and platformization to expand the audience and retain listeners.
