Abstract

The article analyzes the “Ask the Scientists” initiative by Agência Escola UFPR, carried out in a public school in Curitiba, focusing on social mobilization and audience development for science in Basic Education. The methodology is based on a Case Study, articulated with the bond categories in mobilization projects (beneficiaries, legitimators, and generators). The results of the initiative indicate the creation of cohesive and co-participatory ties. However, the absence of continuity links and institutional participation limits the long-term strengthening of scientific culture within the school environment.
