Abstract

This article presents the results of a research that aimed to show that through the #MeTooUAZ movement, violence against women at the Autonomous University of Zacatecas (Mexico) was made visible, because before it had been ignored by the authorities, even denied. The research approach is qualitative, working through semi-structured interviews with specialists, officials, students, administrative and managerial staff, and victims of the university. Subsequently, the treatment of the information was carried out through content analysis, from the perspective of Klaus Krippendorff.
