Abstract

The question "Who speaks?" unfolds in a reflection supported by decolonial, postcolonial and countercolonial critique, pointing to the (im)possibilities of an interworld communication. The first dimension of this communication considers racism intrinsic to colonialism and coloniality as a silencing dispositive, pointing to the huge distances that separate the re-existing Afropindoramic worlds from the Modern-Colonial worlds. The second considers the plural and multidimensional forms of communication of the implicated Afropindoramic worlds that tension hegemonic centric models based on an ex-centric perspective.
